The first California sparkling wine produced by Louis Roederer. All grapes are grown on the Estate vineyards. Aromas: pear, hazelnut, spice. This sparkling wine is crisp and elegant with hints of complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh, light & fruity with a great depth of flavor.

A generous amount of foam with fine bubbles give rise to a long-lasting crown. The robe is laced with almond green highlight. The nose is acidulous with fresh citrus aromas (grapefruit, candied lemon) combined with dried blossom aromas (verbena). The palate is fresh and delicate and the aromas of fresh citrus and dried blossom linger harmoniously.
Schramsberg, Brut Rosé - $80
The 2016 Brut Rosé has generous aromas of strawberry and orange zest. Its fruitful nose is complemented by notes of cinnamon, vanilla and watermelon. On the palate, there are juicy flavors of ruby grapefruit, stone fruit and raspberry compote, with soft touches of toasted hazelnut and shortbread cookie. The fruitful finish is fresh, with a bright clean acidity.
